- RHrusty helmickFeb 13, 20241.0Called to inquire about services and left a voice-mail and never got a call back, then i called 3 days later and dont answer again so i hang up and immediately called right back and what do you know surprise surprise they answer. But couldnt return a call nor answer the first time. And just so everyone know they do charge $500 period to do anything im sure other stuff and more complicated returns probably cost more but for a personal file they wanted $500 bucks when i know of the first 2 accountant offices i called others only charged 150 and 200 so they seem to also be REALLY expensive for just a simple ole w2 return
