I have worked with them here in Hanover and Kristen and Cathy are wonderful.Penny was my first contact in Bristol and now Becca is so responsive.Their team is the most customer-oriented of any bank I have ever worked with. We started with one business account and now have multiple business accounts, personal accounts and loans. You will not be disappointed.

This man was so blatantly sexist in his communication with me my husband was appalled at the manner in which I was talked to. He was so slow in the process despite providing him with everything the bank needed immediately when asked it took 6 months, our sellers were furious, and it almost cost us the property deal. Ladies, take your business elsewhere where they will respect you as an equal. As a female business owner I was disgusted with the treatment we received. Terrible service.
