  We have done numerous times refinancing through the years, but this was the most smooth and easy refinance. Randy Rogers our loan officer provided a great service. He explained in details different options and helped us choose the right one for us. He was available literally 24/7 to answer questions and help with the process. It was very nice to have a human contact and not an answering machine. We checked the mortgage rates with other banks, but First Bank & Trust had the best rates for the moment. We will recommend First Bank & Trust to anybody because of their very competitive mortgage rates, professionalism, friendly staff and easy process.

  My financial situation is quite unusual, and I don't come close to qualifying for a conventional loan. Randy at First Bank, was able to help me out, and it was probably the smoothest loan qualification process I've ever gone through.

  When I started the process of buying additional land I contacted Randy Rogers. My husband and I make very good money, have assets, and little debt, good credit. This man was so blatantly sexist in his communication with me my husband was appalled at the manner in which I was talked to. He was so slow in the process despite providing him with everything the bank needed immediately when asked it took 6 months, our sellers were furious, and it almost cost us the property deal. Ladies, take your business elsewhere where they will respect you as an equal. As a female business owner I was disgusted with the treatment we received. Terrible service.
