    I have 3 branches that are closer to my house and I GO OUT OF MY WAY to come to this branch. Allison, the BEST employee they have, is always amazing, knowledgeable, and soooo efficient!! This is the only branch that I will come to from this point on. Trust me. Well, I guess I should say: “Truist me!!” Seriously, this branch and Allison: A++!!!!

    The absolute worst. No help whatsoever for a loyal account holder of over 30 years. With both business and personal relationships the representatives tell you to go online. Not everyone goes online, what happened to the customer service? For assistance with SBA loans, this institution and lender were assigned directly from the SBA, however they all seem to have no knowledge on the lending or interest on helping a loyal client. I will be transferring my relationship to Townebank, a true community bank
