Manager stated Wednesday she was staying late and would call me back, didn't happen! Called Thursday no answer both times I called so I left a message but still no call back. I call back Friday to get put on hold for 7 minutes and then my call got sent to voicemail so I left a message. A few minutes later I call back and my VIN is requested so I go outside to get this information and was hung up on. Horrible experience!!!
