- TSThe American Way (Sue Shaw)Jun 3, 20201.0Manager was awful, not helpful, illogical, I withdrew money from another TD bank from my account on the same day and everything was fine but they were short on cash so I had to go to this TD branch because it was the 2nd closest branch to my hotel, but somehow the manager didn't feel comfortable doing the transaction so he refused to give me money from my account and he denied me my money from my account, and I had to leave cuz he said that he can't do anything for me and that I have to leave !! Absolutely insane and outrageous during a pandemic, imagine all of this and not even having money with you, and I was driving south to get home cuz there was no flight available to get me back home!
