Ridiculous hours , inability to activate cards after waiting well over 2 weeks for it, my account getting frozen for no reason, 3 days for my direct deposit to be processed, it’s pitiful. The only good I can say about this bank is at my local location, the lady’s are very friendly. The help desk at the 800 number on the other hand, not at all. Save yourself the trouble and headache and go with a bigger bank or credit union.
