  I was accused of checking fraud today by the lady behind the counter. To be fair the bank manager was very apologetic but Ive never seen someone be so rude to me after I proved who I was. Im sorry Im not guilty of whatever it is you want me to be guilty of.

  drive through lady is rude, doesn't understand job, having to fill out a complicated slip for a simple transition, having less than three tellers inside on peak times.

  Jackie Larber was amazing on this Saturday morning. She opened savings accounts for my 2 youngest boys and my grandson. She was a delight to work with through this process!

  I visited the Gloucester branch on 7/17/2025 to resolve a mobile check deposit issue. Then on 7/19/2025 I noticed $690 just disappeared from my savings account. The first chance I got 7/21/2025. I made the 40-mile trip back out to the Gloucester branch to see what happened. Come to find out the elder Caucasian lady "accidently" withdrew money from my savings account and gave it to a customer with a different name and membership/account number. Not sure how this happens. Then in the description for the transaction to return the funds back to my account. She put Deposit Transactor: "CUSTOMERS NAME WITHDREW FROM WRONG ACCOUNT REPLACED." That is unethical in my opinion. It seemed like she is trying to put blame on me the customer to cover up her mistake. I understand mistakes happen. But this is a mistake that should not be happening. How does one person's member/account number cross with a different name not on the other person's account. Also, the name and member number on the withdraw slip was not my name or my member number. How does the money end up coming out of my account.? Makes me wonder where the $690 was pulled from to replace the missing funds in my account.? We as customers expect better. This is our money we are entrusting you with. I am thankful that this mistake was able to be resolve in a reasonable amount of time. But if I did not catch this mistake myself. I would possibly be out $690.
