  I considered opening an account at this bank multiple times but wasn’t sure bc they have bad reviews. Well I found out Friday why they have bad reviews. My car broke down Friday as I was leaving Walmart and I pulled into the parking lot of this bank so that I wouldn’t b on the highway, especially since I had my baby in the car. As my husband and I are on the phone trying to find a ride and a tow truck while trying to deal with a crying baby a bank employee pulled up beside us, and with a terrible attitude, asked us what we were doing there as her face is frowned up and she’s rolling her neck. I said excuse me and she repeated herself with the same attitude. I informed her that we were broke down and trying to find a ride, I told her that her attitude was not necessary and if she thought I was here to rob the bank in broad daylight with a crying baby. She then decided she was sorry and asked if we needed help and I told her the only thing I needed was for her to get tf out of my face because that’s how you should’ve started the conversation. A few minutes later the police arrived and I was told she called the cops because I got smart with her. Not because I was at a bank parking lot and was suspicious but because I got smart with her. I also informed the officer of her attitude and how I’m pretty sure the bank protocol was not for her to approach me. I’m convinced that had I been white she would not have approached me with such attitude especially with a crying baby in the car and it’s a shame that u can’t even break down these days without people treating you like your a criminal. But I was most upset at the fact that she called the cops, after I told her I was broke down, because I got smart. Needless to say I will never bank with this company and they need to teach there workers some customer service. Might I add that it was 8:34am the bank opened at 9am and I had literally been sitting in the parking lot for 5mins when she pulled up. I even told her how do you know i wasn’t waiting for you guys to open so that I could cash a check or open an account or possibly looking for my bank card to use the atm. The officer also informed me that she was very apologetic in her actions and she regret calling them but the damage was already done and it’s not ok what she did and she should’ve apologized to my face.
