  I was poorly treated by the manager, Tuchita. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but she was not at the bank. I am not a bank customer, but I am a merchant and I get coins for my business. I had never been to this bank before, but I have already been to almost all the other Wells Fargo banks in this area, and I know that even if I am not a customer, I can get up to $20 in coins, and if I need more than that, I can do a cash advance. She didn’t even want to listen to me. She said that if other branches do it, that’s their problem, but that they don’t do it here. I found her extremely rude for a bank where everything should be based on courtesy toward customers. I was even considering opening an account at the bank, both personal and for my businesses, but now I will no longer do that.

  Horrible bank, Closed their drive-throughs. ATMs always have problems. Act like you are doing them a favor by letting them make money using your money.

  I visited the branch today, there were two tellers and a line. No problem, I waited, when I finally got called up, I told the teller that I needed a medallion signature and asked do I see the her or someone at one of the desks. She asked did I have an account there, I said yes and she asked for my paperwork and ID. I gave both and waited for about 5 mins or so. She then told me to sign the document, I did and gave it back to her. Before she went to stamp, she says to me, you need a notary stamp, right? I said no, I told you I needed a medallion signature. She then says “no, you didn’t, you said notary” So, I say no, I said medallion and told her she does not have to be rude. I told her why would I ask for something I know I didn’t need and she kept saying I said notary. But if you were so sure I said notary, why didn’t you just stamp it? Why the hesitation? Then she proceeds to tell me that no financial institutions do those and only financial advisors and attorneys do them. I told her that the business told me banks do them that’s why I came there. I ended up leaving and went to my credit union and they offered the service. However, I now have to get a new document to complete and go back to them because she had me sign and date the paperwork, so they could not do the signature. This is a big inconvenience and waste of my time and I don’t like the attitude that was displayed because she made a mistake. I'm being nice by not putting the tellers name on here but I've been a long time customer and usually don't have any issues but I don't like how I was treated today.

  One of the personal bankers, Nicole E., was so helpful when I came in today. I made an appointment online and she was super friendly. I was in and out quickly!
