They charged her $35 and when the check books arrive there was only 2 check books. She went back to the location question the missing quantity. They said that it’s $35 for 16 PAGES then proceeded to tell her to call a customer service number for further inquiries. $35 for 16 pages is an absolute SCAM.

The #1 money laundering bank in the US, won't take cash for a cashier's check. Shocking. The manager comes up, (Asian, lady) and makes no eye contact, doesn't speak, and proceeds to whisper in the tellers ear to make sure she double checked and verified the check. Treated me like a criminal over $1300. Her behavior was disgusting, and offensive. I'll give you one guess what color I am. 😂
