    I have lived here almost six months and have had needed to speak to someone several times. NOT ONCE has anyone answered the phone and only twice have I been able to leave a message! Not that it mattered because no one ever called back anyway. The only way to get service is to drive over there and wait in line until one of the two people working there are free. Disappointing.

    The worst branch ever! All inept at the nuckols rd branch except Terell. Never on time for scheduled appt or a no show aka Brenda! Generally only 2 people at this branch and one is a teller. Brenda is a completely worthless employee and waits on people over those that have appointments! This branch should be investigated or closed for ineptitude!

    Came here for a change order, I specifically stated exactly what I needed.. the window clerk/banker deposited the money (I never checked it) when I got to my destination there was a deposit slip instead of change .. returned the following day and they stated they couldn't return the money because I deposited... I didn't deposit it, you did! Asked to reverse the transaction and the window banker said he couldn't... I asked to speak to the bank manager, let's see how this is going to play out The manager was able to reverse the transaction.. thanks!
