    Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Rude disrespectful and never return phone calls. I have 4 accounts that were with bank they bought. I am moving them ASAP! The customer service number the representatives hardly speak English which makes it hard to fix a problem. Do yourself a favor and never use this bank.

    Left my debt card at home on accident and didnt have enough gas to get home. I get to this bank and they didnt let me withdraw from my account, I had to beg for cash to get home so thank all of you for that. Never using this bank again, SUNTRUST WAS SO MUCH BETTER!
