    I am a returning customer from many many years ago. I was having an issue setting up the online account and I called the local branch In Gainesville, Virginia and spoke to Chris on the phone. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and it was like talking to a friend. Excellent Customer Service!

    Excellent customer service, fast & courteous. I had to get a document notarized. They didn't ask me for my bank account details, just driver's license, logged all the details and notarized the document. Very happy with the customer service.

    Closed account open new one didnt order me a new one went overseas no credit or debit told me to buy visa gift cards wasnt good overseas horrible trip thanks wells fargo call customer service 45 minute wait for nothing

    The problems persist at this branch; now the issue is tellers who do not speak fluent English. The drive through has become extremely slow here since the virus precautions took hold, and that is only exacerbated by customers struggling to understand what some of the tellers are trying to communicate. The burden is not on the customers to figure out what the teller is saying; the burden is on the bank to put the correct people in the correct positions to facilitate a steady, smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic through the drive through windows. I experienced this very problem Friday morning and again this morning, with the same teller. The same question asked or answered three, four, five times before we had a communications breakthrough. Very unhappy. I put my credit card in the drive through tube along with a note and a cash payment, and the teller sent the note and the receipt back but no credit card - ? She said she didn't have the credit card. The line @ the drive though was too long to sit there and argue with her, but my credit card is somewhere inside that bank. So I had to suspend that account and order a new credit card. I know you guys can do better than this, surely?
