I felt disrespected as a customer, and it seemed as though I was treated differently due to my skin color and accent. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional. A man and a woman at the branch were openly gossiping right in front of me, not even bothering to wait until I had left the line. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable. I have never had such a horrible experience from a bank, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this branch if possible. Save yourself the trouble and run away from this branch.
