The bank is also really nice inside! But overall, I can say, I've never had such a nice experience with customer service at a bank. I switched to them because WellsFargo was not working for us. I also love the flexibility of the app! Def recommend.

I want to inquire on an auto loan for my company and no one can answer the phone. Never will understand how they can stay in business! Our business account and personal accounts are here. As I stated the tellers are great but will be changing banks soon. What happened to great customer service???? All of this customer service starts at the top and perhaps they have the wrong CEO.
