I was a first time customer and an employer name Beatrice was very aggressive towards me. She was not helpful at all. When I got my card in the mail I try calling and activate it and they told me to go back to the bank in person and I went to the bank where they sent me to Beatrice she was being rude and unprofessional. She slammed my card on the table for no reason but then with other customers she hand it to them gently. The other works are also unprofessional and I don’t recommend come here. If I could I would leave a Zero star.

Incompetent. Went in with a death certificate and County qualification as executor of an estate. Spent 1 hour and 45 minutes watching the representative "playing on her computer" not saying a word to me. I finally asked what she was doing and she said trying to upload the documents. After it was completed, I received a letter 5 days later, addressed to the estate confirming my representation. 6 weeks later Truist sends an overdraft letter to the deceased, telling them they sent it to a collection agencey. I called the estate division and was told there is NO record of my qualification. Truist, you sent 3 conflicting letters and now I'm back at square one and you've sent it to collections? What a disgrace to the banking institution you are. How are you in business? ** Update, called the Front Royal branch to find out how they screwed this up and how they were going to fix it and was on hold for over 40 minutes before I hung up. By the time the BBB and FDIC get in touch with them about my complaint the estate will be closed. I guess they rather go to the creditor's hearing and try to collect penalties, late fees and collection fees so I am having to document everything with every agency I can find. What a waste of time.
