    High turnover rate at this branch and noone seems to smile nor care. I couldn't get a cashiers check but could withdraw cash due to a the deposit pending because it put a liability on the bank? I spoke with a kind professional customer service rep that told me" All she had to do was withdraw cash for you then let you use the cash for the official check' problem solved. I left the branch frustrated that morning due to the lack of effort and nothing but "I'm sorry Mr. Plumley, thats policy".. I miss the small town touch they used to have.

    I use to be a costumer here and they’re a very a good bank, very friendly and helpful unfortunately we had to part ways because a scammer sent me a bad check when I first started my business and was not aware of these kinds of scams but it was a counterfeit check and I had used some of the money to buy materials for a job and they the scammers was asking me to send them money from what was supposed to be for a job that I was hire to do so the bank and I was conned and victimized by the scammers.

    Tony is such a sweet young lady. I love seeing her smiling face when I go to the bank. Tony and Joe are both very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure their customers get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible and ALWAYS have a smile on their face. My father and sister also bank here and have nothing but positive things to say. Makes banking with Atlantic a breeze. I highly recommend this bank. Thankyou for your amazing service as always.     You would think that their customer service would be better being a smaller bank, but that would be incorrect. Was shopping for rates on a loan and I kept getting put on hold and left there. Figuring it was a simple oops that I got swallowed up in the black hole the first time I called again and again was left on hold. Decided to go somewhere else for my banking needs.
