Yes the wait can be a little long sometimes but some people require more assistance than others and we need to be understanding of that. It is not necessarily the employees fault.

What a bad bank this is. It's ridiculous that someone has to go through this. According to reports, it's one of the banks with the best reviews, but now I see that it's one of the worst. People, don't go to that bank. It never has any money.

I went there to open a new account and they told me that you need to make an appointment to open an account. I made an appointment for the next day and the next day I went there to open a new account. They said we are sorry, all our bankers are busy. You have to reschedule your appointment for the next day.
