    Im surprised at the negative reviews. I've banked here for over a decade. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Yes the wait can be a little long sometimes but some people require more assistance than others and we need to be understanding of that. It is not necessarily the employees fault.

    That bank is ridiculous. I've gone to cash my checks three times and they always tell me they don't have any money in the register. They send me to another bank. What a bad bank this is. It's ridiculous that someone has to go through this. According to reports, it's one of the banks with the best reviews, but now I see that it's one of the worst. People, don't go to that bank. It never has any money.

    This branch is terrible it only has one bank teller even when the line is backed up it takes at least 30 minutes to withdraw money from your account. The manager seems to not care if people wait all day. I get tired of hearing please be patient with us!!!

    We went in to deposit a small check and were astonished to see that a heavy-set African-American woman seated behind the counter intentionally ignored us. We were the only person in line in the bank waiting for counter service. This employee never even acknowledged that we were standing directly in front of her. At last, we gave up and left the bank. Very poor service at this bank.

    This location provides great service. Their staff is not only friendly, but very professional. although Wells Fargo is a business, they have products worth looking into, since may be of benefit depending on your financial status.
