- VSVivek SomasundaramNov 16, 20252.0Stopped in yesterday on the way back from a wedding and had a pretty poor experience with the customer service at this branch. I felt like the teller did not trust me at all (or maybe she was mad she had to work a Saturday shift? Idk. As someone who works in medicine, I get in but also…). That’s definitely not the feeling you want when you are trying to withdraw your own saved money from an account. There was a very kind coworker who offered to give us an envelope (not the original teller who I was working with)and they did let my fiancée use the bathroom(hence the 2 stars). That being said my banking experience itself was extremely negative here. Do not come here for business. Much prefer my local branch in Durham NC.

Horrible customer service, most shockingly most of the terrible customer service came from the Branch manager Shawn. Will not be returning to any wells fargo banks due to the lack of good manners and customer service.
