I took my granddaughter to get a paper notarized, but they would not do it because she didn't have an account. I have several different accounts at Truist and have had paperwork notarized all the time there. I offered to pay, but the lady still wouldn't do it. I explained I was a client and had hoped she would notarized my granddaughters paper and I would pay but the answer was no ! I'm just a little let down that they wouldn't help me. She told me the UPS store would do it. It was only 5 dollars at Ups and that's not the issue. I offered to pay at Truist and they were not busy. I've had many good experiences at Truist and this is a first.
