I had a very disappointing experience with a Trust Bank employee named Janice. She was extremely unprofessional, refused to help, and made no effort to resolve my issue. Instead of providing customer service, she seemed more focused on calling the police rather than assisting a customer.
Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and it felt like she was waiting for an opportunity to escalate the situation instead of doing her job. This is not how customers should be treated in a bank.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable. Trust Bank’s head office should seriously address the behavior of unprofessional employees like this, as it reflects very poorly on the bank.

Let me add to the list of one-star reviews. The tellers are extremely slow and show little to no concern for customers. There was no acknowledgment, no pleasantries, nothing. I stood next in line for about 30 minutes, and during that time three people walked out. If you think I’m exaggerating, go visit the branch yourself.
It honestly feels like the goal is either to drive this branch into the ground or intentionally frustrate customers so they won’t come back. Either way, the customer service is terrible. By comparison, the Spotsylvania branch is a million times better. This location seriously needs a complete reset and new staff.

This branch is not very customer service oriented. They will policy police you over insignificant issues rather than be helpful or provide great customer service. There’s one teller who is very rude and condescending. The service is generally slow with an average 30-45 minute wait in line on the inside and 15-20minute wait in the drive through. I run a business and if it wasn’t for the account being put here by the owner of the business, I would not use this bank. If you’re considering this bank- DONT!

Cristina has to be the most rude/sarcastic/disrespectful person to say it in a nice way !
Worst person to have working there, ugly attitude and just overall terrible.
Get people who are compassionate and nice in a bank setting.
If I could give a 0 I definitely would!!!!!
