I would highly not recommend this Bank at this particular location!

When I called to get help, the automated system would not allow me to talk to a human being and hung up on me. I asked the branch to have someone call me at an agreed upon time and no one did. Other banks will get me to someone who can resolve my issue. Truist is horrible, I can't even talk to a person! I so regret doing business with them.
