The young pregnant lady that was attempting to help me with my deceased father’s account was very unprofessional and incompetent. Do not visit this branch I went to another location and got the answers I needed! So many people in positions that are uneducated and don’t have social skills. I am happy I don’t bank with them!

They still need to fix their automated system. If they do not want to you talk to a human on the phone, they should have the recording say, "If you'd like to talk to a representative, please contact your local branch." Right now it just repeats questions I did not know the answer to which is rude.

And be prepared not to have your issues addresses. Only a single person handles BB&T inside and those going through the drive through. Horrible banking experience.
