The young pregnant lady that was attempting to help me with my deceased father’s account was very unprofessional and incompetent. Do not visit this branch I went to another location and got the answers I needed! So many people in positions that are uneducated and don’t have social skills. I am happy I don’t bank with them!

After calling all day with NO ANSWER from this branch I finally contacted my usual branch in Culpeper for them to get me in contact with this location and I had to wait a week for my check to be deposited. Because of this instance which has SEVERELY inconvenienced me, I will be switching banks. Don’t hire people that can’t simply put numbers in a computer!!
