I was asking a steep order. Zero Business history, SBA loan, short time to close. They smiled at me, and said they would do their best. I immediately had confidence in their professionalism and expertise. Samir was available 24/7(Truly 24/7) through the loan process and walked me through the whole process as a novice. Every time I walk into the bank the whole family greets me as a new trusted member of the community. The ladies at the counter are seasoned professionals and the nicest people on earth. First Citizens is a large bank, make no mistakes, but they act like a small town bank with personal service. Especially true in the Fredericksburg branch.
