Of all my account was frauded after putting in the disputes.I didn't receive any email at all during the entire disput.. no communication at all.. you would think that somebody that's being frauded, would like to know what's going on with the status of their bank account. But I did not receive any emails at all from this bank. After\nGoing into this branch and trying to close my account down and telling the manager that I was taking my business elsewhere.The manager looked at me with a straight face and said good. I'm going to call security and make sure you're not allowed back in this branch.. in the end I didn't get any of the money out of the account and they wouldn't let me close my account.. the way I was treated by not only the staff but the manager of this branch was so disrespectful. I will never bank with this company again and this bank has their branch manager to thank.. i have this bridge manager's card in information. But I am a nice enough guy not to blast it on the internet.. even though I was treated with such disrespect and the branch manager deserves to have her name put up here.I'm just not going to do it because i'm not that type of person. In retrospect, you have to put at least one star. But this bank and company gets a zero star rating
