- MMMMJOct 20, 20253.0The associates here are great!! However, corporate needs to help them out by providing more help!! Almost every time I come in, there is a line of people waiting and only 1 or 2 tellers available, but mostly only 1. Too much traffic to have so little help. TO TRUIST CORPORATE: You are not providing your workers with enough help and it is an incredible burden on your workers AND your clientele. Time is precious. 10 minutes at a bank to do one transaction, ok, reasonable of a place is super busy, but 30-45 minutes for one transaction name cause of the line of people waiting when all people have their own jobs and own lives IS GOING TO CAUSE those same people to take their business elsewhere. 3 stars overall 5 stars for the associates who work here 1 star for the fact that there is almost no help and it takes an inordinate amount of time just to do a single transaction due to waiting in line.

Now this is a Debit card so it's my money in the bank I want to use. And this is a business account I have held with them for the last 12 + years. I will be moving my money to Bronco.
