We told her that we were on our lunch break and we couldn’t wait 30 minutes and that we drove out here expecting a meeting. All she said was “stuff happened.” She wouldn’t even let us reschedule the meeting. We received no phone call or any notification that the meeting was delayed. Honestly very unprofessional and disappointing as I have been a member of Wells Fargo for 8 years.
