- JKJosiah KnuthOct 17, 20251.0My wife and I were scheduled for a 1:30 meeting with a banker on Friday but when we got there, the lady up front said that the banker was running 30 minutes behind. We told her that we were on our lunch break and we couldn’t wait 30 minutes and that we drove out here expecting a meeting. All she said was “stuff happened.” She wouldn’t even let us reschedule the meeting. We received no phone call or any notification that the meeting was delayed. Honestly very unprofessional and disappointing as I have been a member of Wells Fargo for 8 years.
- TGTabitha GilchristOct 15, 20241.0If you have a question about your card don’t plan on stopping in and talking to someone. you need to make an appointment or call the 1-800 number because they don’t have any one available for walk in question. If you pay you card early make sure it’s it not too early because even though it after the payment date they will still apply it to your last statement and there is nothing they can do to accommodate you . the fact that you paid for the month ahead, but they decided to put on the month behind, even though you paid for the month behind. they are pleasant but are of no help . Also the fact that I had to be escorted to the ladies room while she waited and escorted back. Is humiliating. This banking experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Will be looking for a new bank to do banking with . 10/16 I have emailed you back
