    Thought I’d try this bank out since they have more locations than the other bank I use. Took 13 days to get my debit card and when my paycheck was deposited they placed it on hold. When I asked why, I was told, “due to it being the first check deposited we need to see a trend of transactions/deposits before the holds stop happening.” The HOLD IS FOR 12 days. Never once asked me how they could help. If you’re considering trying this bank out do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. This experience & customer service is atrocious.
