Been sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes behind 2 customers. Finally got to window, with a huge line behind me watching all of the 3 tellers chit chat with a customer. Zero concept of customer service nor any sense of urgency.

Your banker by the name of Al** As*** was incredibly rude to my wife and her uncle today 20th of June 2025 @1525. My uncle doesn't speak English and my wife accompanied him to assist in any confusion. Your banker refused to allow her to assist without offering translation services until we demanded them. She was also incredibly short with us and snappy and has 0 customer service. I've been talked down to before but this lady was on a whole new level of rude. She then tried to hamper my uncle at every step of the process trying to hold things up and make them harder.
Note* I withheld letters from her (the bankers name) for her privacy leaving enough for the brank manager to understand which if the employees it was.
I have no say on hiring or firing, but if I was in charge they would be fired on the spot. If this is how you treat your customers I can't even imagine how you treat anyone else.
