This is one of the Worst bank ever, i opened a checking account and had almost $500 in overdraft fees in 3 months because the AT failure. The ATM is outside and rain/snow cause failure, i reported this ATM issue 5 times in 2 months but it gets broken again and again, this will cause you overdraft fees, since the cut-off is 6pm (Ridiculous when other banks is until 9pm). From almost $500 in fees they refunded $100, because their system does not allow to offer more than 2 overdraft fees in 1 year. I escalated this issue with the manager, she send a claim to the corporate office and the claim was danied, because they no offer refunds for ATM failures. Stay away from this bank, you no need the hurry of positing before 6pm, which is the traffic hour, when another banks offer atm deposits until 9pm. Also customer service is terrible, they try to be nice but they don-t really care the customers, and if you call customer service, be willing to wait 1 hour on the phone. I opened an account in the local safeway store, they open late and is much convenient for me to make deposits until 9pm, very happy with the switch.
