At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Truist almost ruined my credit by placing an incorrect late pay on my second mortgage. They applied the payments I
made incorrectly between interest and principle and then the branch manager would not help fix it or even contact headquarters. I had to get the credit agencies after them before they did anything to fix their error. The Hispaniola bank teller at falls church branch is a complete wiseazz and makes remarks about customers behind their back. I and my family are actually closing my 5 accts at that branch and going with Capital one. Truist is the worst!
