She said it wouldn't be a problem to open account in my married name. Of course a week later while trying to buy something I find out my card has a hold because she is incompetent. It also can't be fixed over the phone and I have to waste my time going in person to resolve an issue that wouldn't have happened if people know how to do their job properly. Wish Chase had Virginia branches never had issues with them and was only changing banks because of a move. Hopefully the next bank I try employees competent employees.
