Terrible experience with this branch. My wife and I have maintained all our accounts, including business accounts, with them for an extended period. We intended to open a trust account for our solo 401k. Firstly, there was a significant lack of knowledge regarding the process, and secondly, their treatment of customers was the most unpleasant I have ever encountered. Today, we waited there for approximately two hours after which she finally figured out how to proceed and requested two forms of identification. We had our driver's licenses with us. At that point, it was 4:40 PM. She inquired about the distance to our home, to which we replied it was a 10-minute drive. I explicitly asked how long they would be open, and she assured us they would remain open for another hour and a half, until 6 PM. We hurriedly grabbed our passports and returned by 5:02 PM, only to find the doors locked. We knocked and rang the doorbell, and a gentleman opened the door slightly, informing us that they were closed and we would need to return tomorrow. I explained that we were working with Alexsis, who had told us they would be open for another hour and a half and had requested the second ID. We arrived on time. He bluntly stated that she did not say that. I suggested he call her to verify what she had communicated to us. He then became rude, insisting that she could not have said that, as he had already spoken to her, and reiterated that they were closed and we should return tomorrow. He handed me a note listing the documents required to proceed. I pointed out that we had already provided these to her. He did not even listen to our explanation. With an attitude, he kept repeating, 'Sorry, we are closed. You have to come back tomorrow; these are the documents you need to bring.' I have never witnessed such misconduct from a bank representative before. We have decided to terminate all our relationships with Capital One permanently.

One of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had. I've banked with Capital One for decades but after today's experience with Chris (Christian Sanders), I'll be closing my account. He was incredibly patronizing and disrespectful. He left my ID and passport unsecured and only escalated stress instead of helping. If you're going to bank at CO, don't go to this branch for anything requiring "customer service."

I was trying to make a deposit into someone else’s account. There were only 2 tellers and 1 banker helping out with really slow service. Might as well close your bank if you can not provide great service.
