They will have no one in the bank and make you wait or make you pull around to the atm/drive through even though they are not doing anything. This branch should be closed permanently and staff not relocated.

This is completely unacceptable. It’s incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially when you rely on your bank to provide basic services like cash withdrawals. Wells Fargo needs to do better at maintaining their ATMs.

It has also kept my debit card and I had to order a new one. Stay away from this machine at all cost if you are trying to make a deposit.
