    This bank is soooo slow. There's always 4 people walking around and one person at the counter. All the reviews show that this branch has multiple issues. The only response is sorry well get better. This is the last time I will ever bank here. I'm switching to Bank Of America. It's not the staffs fault it's the managers for not doing anything to change it. Leadership is incompetent to the fullest.

    I am very disappointed being more than 10 years long term loyal customer. I have business account and personal account with them. I walked inside the lobby felt not welcome. Employees here making excuses due to company policies and reject customers request for help. I believe this bank does not need any more customers. They only looking for charging more fees on your account. I went to local bank with my partner at United Bank. Customer service is so friendly and resilient. I will contact Wells Fargo upper management and let them know about the culture of business is so rediculous! Business is about relationship. It is built on trust and empathy! This local bank employees are so negative. This impacts surrounding community. Small banks will take away customers potentially!

    Thursday, May 2,2024 It’s 2.49 and I am at this bank, Wells Fargo (10944) on Fairfax Blvd., and guess what? I entered and attempt to do banking. They said that they had no banker right now. I asked them to tell me how long was the wait, and the staff offered me to leave my number and someone will call me . I was told this will be so for the test of the day. I let the bank know that I was going to review; the bank said go right ahead. #Bank of America; you are the best!
