Truist Rep Ms Shirley has no patience in regards to verifying very important account information with their clients. I felt I could not trust her sending my money to Mexico. So I called my dad in Bolivia to verify an account. It was an international phone call to verify an acct number with my father. She kept talking ovee me and interrupting me. Very disrespectful woman, not worth wasting your time with her. She really gives a bad impression to this Bank. I am not going there ever again.

When I went inside I politely asked if I could use the bathroom, I even mentioned I just came from the ATM so they didn't think I just walked in from the street. The staff member told me no we don't have a bathroom. I said Ok, thank you!?? How do they use the bathroom then? My mom works at a bank and I KNOW they have a customer's restroom! I feel discriminated against! I had a REAL Emergency and they wouldn't let me go! I'm seriously thinking about switching banks now..I've been a customer with BB&T for like 15+ years! Very disappointing customer service!
