I’d like to thank Shelly Ali for being so helpful — she does an excellent job and went above and beyond to assist me. The only disappointment was that she was working alone during a very busy time, handling both inside customers and the drive-through at the same time. She managed it with professionalism, but it would be great if the branch had more staff support during peak hours.

Understaffed with employees not knowing how to handle that professionally. It's not a great business practice to make your customers feel like burdens.

Worst customer service. Took my mom there for her address update, they treated her poorly and we ended up closing our account there and moved to another bank. Turned out that her account was still open and we went to another branch and they told us that we should call customer service as this branch has other customers to attend to…. No wonder Truist is losing business. We had to reach out to customer service center and after holding and waiting for one hour on the call she was finally told that her account got closed. Don’t do business with them at all.

I went to the Truist Bank and waited to be seen since the teller said that I would have to wait until the manager could help me. The manager finished with the customer she was working with and as I stood up to go see her, a couple came in and walked over and she told them to sit down and she would help them. After another 10 - 15 minutes, the other person in management arrived late and she apologized for not being there when the Bank opened 45 minutes ago. Terrible service and inconsiderate staff. Looking for a new bank to move my business to where I can be treated with courtesy.
