I’d like to thank Shelly Ali for being so helpful — she does an excellent job and went above and beyond to assist me. The only disappointment was that she was working alone during a very busy time, handling both inside customers and the drive-through at the same time. She managed it with professionalism, but it would be great if the branch had more staff support during peak hours.

I rated this place 1 star in the past, I'm taking it back. I apologize to the staff i treated badly there. I have been cashing my checks here and it has been very convenient and easy. Sometimes we humans lose our cool and patience

Ordered check books and it never received, called and came a few times in local branch but nothing happened. Interesting same of manager recommended to talk with post master or post office staff. As I tried to explain that is not possible to verify incoming mail and she hanged up a phone. Not sure what is exactly this person for. Web site is design so poor and never worked well in Internet Explorer. Some security issue as well because log in ID is not masking at all. It is a real problem if you are in public places and working to log into your account, and, easy for any person around you to see your ID.I did already mentioned with BBT for a few times about this issue. Looks like nobody in charge and cares about BBT customers.
