    They don't honor appointments, and you have to wait up to 30 minutes when other customers walk in and are immediately helped. I would not come here unless I had to. It's fun to watch the tellers do nothing and make people wait in line (they are busy doing a transaction).

    Looks like they have added more staff and revamped their processes to be quicker, cordial and more efficient. I don't have an issue with the location as there is plenty of parking and off a main thoroughfare. Looking forward to more positive experiences on my next visit.

    Banks like this is why i’m switching to an all online bank, monday am , how many people are working ? 2? the point of drive thrus is convenience right ? had to wait behind only one other car for 15 mins . this is unacceptable. i forgave them two weeks ago when i was first one in line and no one bothered to come to window , i looked in and one lady was on her phone ,.
