I usually don’t write negative reviews, but after my recent experience, this bank location should take note of the negative feedback.

Prepare to sit in the drive thru for LONG periods of time!! Also, they never have change, always told to come back later! Switching my business account out of here!

I have now been waiting in the drive through line for fifteen minutes. I’ve burned through more gas than I’d like to admit. Worst location to stop at on a road trip or otherwise. Stay away.

It's a worst bank in VA.
- When BB&T is sold to Trust, I wanted to close the account. It took them an hour and a half to close my account. They didn't want to refund my money. They convinced me to keep my account opening. When I refused it, they ignored me and became very rude. Other customers came behind me, but they came for the deposit or opened a new account. They welcomed these customers and served these customers. After I'm a victim of these rude behaviors, I vow to myself I would never want to do any business with them in my entire life.
- In 2018, I made an appointment with a financial advisor. The financial advisor never showed up and they had no idea whose I was supposed to meet. Then, they told me that they would call me and reschedule it. They never called me either. It was very unprofessional and waste of time.
