The amount of maintenance fees you get taken from you is ridiculous. I have 4 accounts and the last time I spoke to the manager he removed the maintenance fee from my business account and put it on my personal account. The merchant services took over $2000 from me and refuses to give it back to me since one of the workers didn't remove my merchant account. I will be removing my accounts from a truist bank and going elsewhere!

The employees at the Truist, Exmore branch are very attentive and they make real efforts to help out and follow through. Cynthia and Donna have great institutional knowledge and people skills.

Just started using this bank. Seems very nice and pleasant. Very friendly staff. Clean building. Easy on and off as it sits right off route 13 in Exmore in a plaza. So you have a stop light. Bank has three drive through slots as a window, atm , and a hole in the wall slot. Kinda busy certain hours. Open later on fridays. Mask are required to enter the building.
