- SWShayla WhiteDec 19, 20252.0I have been banking with this branch for over five years, and until recently, I have always felt comfortable and confident with how my accounts were handled. Over time, several great employees have moved on due to retirement, relocation, or career changes, and the difference is noticeable. Today, I found myself frustrated dealing with an issue that I have never experienced before at this branch. I truly miss the young lady who initially helped me set up my accounts her professionalism, follow-up reminders, and ease in assisting me made a lasting impression. The atmosphere now feels very different, and the lack of permanent management in the branch is disappointing. I especially miss Mrs. Jolly and Bri on the banker side, as they consistently provided excellent service. That said, Denise in the drive-thru is absolutely wonderful. She greets customers with a warm smile and provides outstanding customer service every visit. Her consistency and professionalism truly stand out.
