You can request a stop payment through online banking, our mobile app, or by calling your local branch. You’ll need the check number, amount, and payee details. Stop payment fees may apply.

Collected funds are money that has fully cleared and is available for withdrawal. Deposits like checks may take 1–3 business days to become collected, depending on the source and amount.
Can I stop an ACH transaction or automatic payment?
