He works during their business hours so he literally has to take time off work to deal with them so he loses money. They literally need him there in person for every single freaking thing but any other bank I’ve been in business with can do things online or over the phone. The simplest of issues/requests can’t even be done over the phone or online. They must have you there in person for everything which is very inconvenient when we live 40 minutes away. You have lost a customer today for horrible customer service/snappy worker. We will bank with a company that is simple and can help us resolve issues from our phones 🤭 Oh yeah they’ve also not helped us get money back from fraud too!! My husbands card info got hacked multiple times banking with them and they’d always give him a new card but never give us the money back that got stolen.
