Why does the teller inside have to be so rude! I tried to make a deposit for someone and she mumbled something about a check. I said it's not a check it's cash with a deposit slip. She stuck a paper in my face and said we dont take cash for other people's accounts if you aren't on it because of money laundering. Never stopped what she was already doing. Never looked me in the face just so rude like I was wasting her time. I'm glad I bank at Carter their customer service is100 times better than this place! It was the young short black girl at the counter.

BEWARE BUSINESS OWNERS! If someone with a checking account with this bank writes you a personal check for anything, they will not verify funds for you for security reasons ( even though you have their check in your hand with a routing number and account number). Which I'm not a criminal but I would assume if I were, I could do more harm with that info in my hand, than them verifying if the amount of the check is good. Where is the common sense here?

The worst customer service today. Teller was extremely rude and I was told very crappy that "you do NOT need to be trying to do this at the first of the month" ummmm I'll do my banking when I choose, not when you tell me I should...also I witnessed branch manager snap at an elderly man while I was waiting in the line literally to the lobby door. I so hope people pull their business from Truist. They suck ever since they became Truist instead of BB&T

I have never had a good experience with drive thru! Takes over 15 min @ least per car. I was there today 30 min. I put my deposit thru but cars coming thru beside me after mibe was already there. 3 cars went by before mine. If it wasn’t my employer I would never go there for anything.
