Locked out of online account numerous times even when entering correct username and password. Has not been able to connect to QuickBooks for over 2 months. Also closed the Blairs, VA branch shortly after I opened my account with them because it was close to my business.

She was very professional and friendly. She very efficiently and expeditiously took care of my needs. To my surprise, she followed up by calling to check on me to see if everything is okay and to offer her services if I need anything else.
