The branch manager at the Piedmont Drive location has embraced and embodies the ideals of the big bank—taking from the little guy to line the pockets of Private Equity. You will pay fees that you should not have to due to changes in bank policy with no remorse. Other staff members are friendly and willing to help as much as they are allowed to. My previous review was removed, for some reason, but I will be sure to spread this information via word of mouth to all who will listen.

I needed assistance with finding something using my mobile app. The customer service representative took the time to walk me through how to find it. I was in drive through, worried about holding up the line, her concern was helping me find the information I needed. I was truly impressed and grateful. I wish I would’ve listened closely for her name because she was awesome.

Told to come back another time. The lady helping me asked another counter person if she could open an account. She shook her head without turning around. Obviously, she was capable of opening accounts but was being kept busy with zero clients in line for counter service.
