- DCDavid careyFeb 21, 20251.0I had the displeasure of doing business with this company. They sent me a check in the mail and I cashed it. I have been paying them $106 per month for 4 months. I have also been getting calls from them saying that I pre-qualified for more money. This lady named Valerie called me telling me that I qualify for a $2500 loan that I can use to pay off my previous loan and I can keep the rest of the money and pay off the loan at $130 per month. I agreed, Valerie told me that she would be calling me back later that day. That was Monday of this week. I tried contacting her back everyday this week and she was never available. I gave her all of my personal info including my social security number and my bank account information. I finally got in contact with her today and she told me that my application was denied and that someone had been calling me this week to tell me that. But I never received a call from anybody, infact I have been calling this company all week and nobody would tell me anything. I asked Valerie what do they do with my personal info and she wouldn't tell. I also asked her if I could be put on the do not contact list. This company contacts me promising a pre-approved loan, takes all of my personal info, then denies my application. This has happened 3or4 times. I'm still paying off the money from the check they sent me. I honestly feel that this company is a scam and I truly recommend that nobody does business with them. They just send you a check as a hook, then they just keep contacting you promising money then they keep your personal information and don't give you the money that they promised you. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH REGIONAL FINANCE COMPANY they are a scam!!!!!
