Took 35 minutes and 3 people for something that should have taken 2 minutes. Nice enough people but need to learn.

I cannot say enough great things about Shaun Salama Rodrillo at Truist Bank! He is truly a standout professional who goes above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and cared for. His warm demeanor, attentive listening skills, and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers make every visit to the bank a pleasant experience. Truist Bank is lucky to have someone like Shaun on their team. He not only represents the bank with excellence but also creates an atmosphere of trust and reliability. If you ever visit Truist, make sure to ask for Shaun—you won’t be disappointed!

Staff here are not as helpful as the staff at the Greenbrier location! In fact the staff here are impatient and sometimes rude! I am a long time customer with BBT and it is very disappointing to have an experience like this. This is the worst branch by far. This branch need lots of improvement in customer service.
