Recently I had a mistake selecting principal only payment on the line of credit that I had made. I went to bank to have it change to a normal payment. Nadia the bank leader immediately went to work with good attitude to fix my mistake. A few days later later Nadia took the time to call me to let me know the mistake had been corrected and processed without a penalty to pay. That’s what I call customer service.
