- LDlayla danielleJan 2, 20261.0My new landlord requires cashiers checks. For the past 3 months I’ve had to go in to get one, which shouldn’t be a big deal. However, each time has taken anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour of standing in line to even be able to talk to someone. They only ever have one person up front, who each time has been a different young, inexperienced, person who has had to call over a “manager” to even fulfill requests. This would be a non issue if the said manager was actually available. Yet they never are. Today they were preoccupied with a customer at the back of the line who had walked into their office and skipped everyone else who had already been waiting. (They didn’t have an appointment) Causing 7 people to have to wait an additional 15 minutes. I was in the bank, 39 weeks pregnant and experiencing contractions for over half an hour, with a sick client behind me who was sneezing and coughing all over me. Worst experience at a bank I’ve honestly ever had.

I just drove over an hour to this location to cash a check and they couldn't do it, even though it had everything need to be processed. Take your banking and business elsewhere.

I needed to make a small deposit and resolve one technical issue I was having with my account. I will be honest that when I left home and drove to this branch, I was mumbling, “OH NO, NOT AGAIN.” But it all changed as soon as I walked in. Miss May greeted me and helped me right away to resolve the issue. Not only that, but she also made sure by double-checking that I would no longer have to carry stress due to the technical issues with my account. I must say she went well beyond my expectations to help me out. You generally don’t get these types of services in the banking sector. Thank you Miss May.
