Hands down the slowest branch i have ever been to, there is no sense of urgency to help customers. There are 2 people working the desk while 6 other employees are doing nothing at their desk. Skip this location or use an atm

Do not use. Go to a local bank or credit union. We are a local business with long haul drivers. Been depositing thousands of dollars in one of our employees accounts because it is a new account that is 7 weeks old. They put ahold on his money, even though we deposit weekly into it for many days, even though daily the money comes out of my account and goes into his account. Sounds like another wells fargo.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with banker Brad Smith on a Sat AM. We were purchasing a home in another town and were not informed of the routing information from the title company until after Truist Fri office hours in spite of our calling/ mailing the title co multiple times over the previous week. We decided to cross our fingers and appear without appt at the Christiansburg branch and Brad took care of us in every way- being extremely upbeat and friendly, putting us at ease, and answering all our questions while arranging all the details to wire the money on Monday which was done before 9AM as promised. We'll be sticking with Truist when we move.

This bank is absolutely a rip off! I have an equity line for over $40,000 and an active credit card with this bank and they wanted to charge me $8.00 to cash a written to me off of my parents personal Truist account because I don’t have a personal checking account with them. This was at the Christiansburg Virginia branch.
