When I moved to Christiansburg, Marie wrote a letter after hours and that letter allowed me to bid on a townhome which I bought. Recently Julie Tollison McMichael assisted me in setting up a home equity loan. Both treated me as a friend and competently provided the guidance and service I required. I recommend this bank to any and everyone looking for banking and investment services.

She was so patient with me, and checked in almost every day with updates and to make sure I didn't have questions.
