- AAAprilSep 9, 20251.0I don't like that customers will be getting overdraft fees, make a deposit into their account, and the bank will hold their deposit for at least a week or more because they have had overdraft fees (that is the reason the bank will give). Potentially causing the customer to have additional fees. The bank should not hold onto customers' money for so long before making it available to them. Also, I personally have had many issues with check cards over the years. Once I kept getting cards that would not work and someone finally noticed that my phone number was not formatted correctly in their system and was causing issues. Then recently a card from one of my accounts was closed due to fraudulent activity and I was supposed to be mailed a new card. Have I seen that card in the last few weeks? No. So I'm gonna have to request again if I want one.
